Welcome to the Association of Medical Students, AIIMS Mangalagiri (AMSAM). By accessing or using this portal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the AMSAM portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this portal.

2. Account Registration and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (email and password). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Event and Workshop Registration

Registration for any event, workshop, or club activity is subject to seat availability and administrative approval.
Certain events may have restricted access based on your user role (e.g., student, PG student/RDA, guest).
If an event requires a registration fee, you must complete the payment process to secure your seat.

4. Code of Conduct

All members, PG students, and guests are expected to conduct themselves professionally. The AMSAM portal must not be used for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. The administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community guidelines.

5. Payments and Transactions

We use third-party payment gateways (like Razorpay) to process transactions for memberships and events. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway. AMSAM is not liable for any transaction failures caused by the payment processor or your banking institution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials available on this portal are the property of AMSAM and AIIMS Mangalagiri. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

7. Modifications to the Terms

AMSAM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the portal after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
